The weather here, as in much of the country, has been strange this month to say the least. It has been ridiculously warm here, so much so that the plants are confused. The camellia bush, above, bloomed as it’s supposed to at this time of year. But one of my rose bushes, below, has bloomed again, which is very odd. The weather is chilly, then warm, then cold, then warm. The warming trend has been here for more than a week, giving us a 70-degree Christmas. The plants don’t know if it’s winter or spring. How is the weather where you live?
